Many happy memories of good times spent with Richard and Moira in both Bergen and Kent. You're both greatly missed!
Rest in peace.

Dearest Fi and Jeff,
What a meaningful funeral you gave your dad, Fi; so full of warmth, love, beautiful music and the wonderful euology by Mr. Roberts; such a lovely service conducted by Reverend Harvey. I hope it brought you much comfort and peace of mind that you have done all that was humanly possible to do for your dad in life, and have now given him the best of 'send-offs' at the end of it. He was so warmly remembered in that eulogy and what a great man he was to have joined choirs, sung in so many places, had a barber-shop-quartet, moved to NL and lived his life to the full for as long as he could. You and Jeff have been his guardian angels on earth when he needed you most, and now I hope you can gently release him to them, and he will always be with you in your heart and mind and memories - love survives death and endures forever.
I send my warmest condolences to you both and indeed to all of your dad and mum's friends. They did him proud singing for him today.
'Suaimhneas síoraí dá anam dílis'- Eternal peace to his sweet soul.
And may you have peace of mind and heart amid your grief, until time takes it from you and only smiles remain.
A candle is lighting for your dad here in Ireland.

I have extremely fond memories of holidays in Devon and will be for ever greatful for the memories Rick help create with his generosity in letting us stay there on many occasions. I also have great memories of eating a huge wheel of Brie at the house in Kent, on a beautiful summers day. Also fantastic holiday in Holland aswell, which also involved a cheese market.
My thoughts are with you all today
